>WHO ARE WE?
Glow was founded by executive director Michelle Hext. Michelle's experience in the fitness industry is as varied as it is long, having been involved in owning and operating four gymnasiums, a personal training studio and 5 taekwondo schools over the last 19 years.
In her Taekwondo career Michelle currently has her 4th Degree Black Belt, has been State and National contact sparring champion 6 time and has had the honour of being appointed team trainer for the Victorian Women's Black Belt Team in 1997.
In this time Michelle also developed Powerkick, a martial arts to music program developed for Martial Art's school owners so they could increase their schools income by introducing this popular type of program to their schools safely.
7 Years ago Michelle expanded her skills further to include life coaching and is an accredited coach through Results Coaching Systems and for a time was a Coach Development Consultant and Mentor Coach for Results in Victoria.
Michelle utilises the multitude of skills she has gained in all of her years in the fitness industry to ensure Glow programs are the best fitness & weight loss programs on offer.
Michelle has written for Jetstars inflight magazine, Oxygen Magazine, Women's Fitness & Health, Body & Soul, Notebook and many more and was recently featured as one of Australia's Trainers to watch in 2010 in Ultrafit Magazine.
